What it's about

Most people learn to lead by copying others. That works up to a point, then it starts to feel like a role you're playing. Our coaching starts with you instead: how you think, what you're good at, where you hold back and what your situation actually needs.

The work happens in two ways. Conversations that ask questions you don't usually stop to ask yourself. And exercises, in the session and in your real work, that let you try a different way of leading and see what happens.

There's no fixed package. Whether it's a few sessions for one person or a programme for a whole team, we agree it with you after the discovery call.

The discovery call

It's free and takes about 30 minutes, by video. We'll ask what's prompting you to look at coaching, what you'd like to be different and who it's for. You can ask us anything.

Afterwards we'll send a short note setting out what we'd suggest and what it would cost. There's no obligation, and we won't chase you.

Coaching is not therapy or counselling, and we can't promise particular outcomes such as a promotion. If something else would help you more, we'll tell you.

Questions

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need. We'll give you a clear price after the discovery call, before you commit to anything.

Is it online or in person?

Online by video, which works wherever you are. In-person coaching is also available in the UAE.

Can my employer pay?

Often, yes. Many organisations fund coaching through their training budget. We can send a short outline to share with your manager or HR team.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between you and your coach, including when your employer is paying. We set this out in writing before we start.

Can you work with our whole team?

Yes. We'll talk to you first about what the team needs, then suggest a format, which might be group sessions, individual coaching, or both.
