What we collect
When you send a message through the website: your name, email address and what you'd like help with, plus anything optional you choose to give, such as your role or phone number.
If you become a client: the information you share with us before and during coaching, and the details we need to invoice you.
We don't use the website to collect any other personal information. Our website statistics are anonymous and don't identify you.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call, which is a step you've asked us to take. If you become a client, to provide coaching and run our agreement with you. We also keep some records because the law requires it, such as invoices.
We don't send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of services to run the business, and they process information on our behalf:
- Web3Forms, which delivers website messages to our inbox
- Microsoft, which provides our email
- Netlify, which hosts this website
- Cloudflare, which provides anonymous website statistics
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces this site uses (your browser contacts Google to load them)
We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
Where it's stored
We're based in the UAE and some of the services above store data in other countries, including the United States. Where we rely on these services, we choose providers that offer recognised protections for transferring personal data internationally.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn't lead to coaching, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep coaching notes for the length of our work together and up to 12 months afterwards, and financial records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month.
If you're in the UK and unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you're in the UAE, you can contact the UAE Data Office.
